| Fri-Sun 15-17 April: | Viking Spring meeting at Årsjögård. Vikings from Fafner and other associations will get together for a weekend of handicraft, working together and having fun. If you want to take part, email richard@arsundaviking.se for more information! |
| Sat-Sun 7-8 May: | We participate in a Viking market in Ale, near Göteborg. |
| Fri-Sun 27-29 May: | Vi participate in the Medieval market in Leksand. |
| Sat-Sun 2-3 July: | We participate in the Viking market in Stallarholmen, near Strängnäs. |
| Wed-Sun 6-10 July, 13-17 July and 20-24 July: | Årsjögård
is open as a "living Viking farm" during three weeks (w. 27-29).
Wednesdays-Sundays from 11.00 to 16.00. Just like previous years there will be lots of things happening every day; crafts, games, storytelling, food and much more! Each week also has a theme with a certain focus. The theme weeks are in order Traps, hunting and Archery (w 27), Textile handicraft (w 28) and food and herbs (w 29). READ MORE! |

Viking
market! We end the three weeks with a small market at the farm. Viking craftsmen will visit the farm sell their goods, such as jewellery, pottery and ribbons. |
| Mon-Fri
27 July-19 Aug: |
Årsjögård
is open for tours. At 11.00, 13.00 and 15.00 a Viking will show you around
the farm for 45-60 minutes and tell you about houses, everyday life, feasts,
myths, crafts and much more. Please note that the farm is closed Monday and Tuesday 25-26 July. (You can also visit the farm other times of the year for tours, read more about that here) |
| Thur-Sat 28-30 July: | We participate in the Viking market in Saltvik, Åland. |
| Sat 27 Aug: | The
Viking farm Årsjögård will be open to the public as part
of "Årsundadagen", a day when lots of activities and events
take place in Årsunda. Apart from visiting the farm, you can also
go to the restaurant, the church, the local heritage farm, the sports
